Okonomiyaki

A. Ingredients (for 2 ppl):

- Eggs: 1
- Spring Onions: 1-2
- Cabbage: 100g
- Okonomiyaki: 50g (or 50g Flour mixed with 1/8 tsp Baking powder)
- Salt, pepper, parsley
- Okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise
- (Optional) Bonito flakes

B. Preparations:

  1. Coarsely chop the cabbage.

  2. Chop the spring onions.

  3. In a bowl, mix 80ml water into the flour. Then add the spring onions, cabbage, and egg. Mix lightly.

  4. Put a pan to medium heat and add some oils. When the oil is warm to hot, pour the mixture into the pan and round it well before covering the pan.

  5. After a few minutes or when the bottom is brown, flip the mixture. Fry until the other side is brown as well.

  6. Put the okonomiyaki to a plate, add the sauce and mayonnaise. Sprinkle the bonito flakes and spring onions on top for decoration. Enjoy~
