Japanese Curry
A. Ingredients (for 2 ppl):
- Chicken thighs: 2 pcs
- Potato: 1
- Onion: 1/2
- Carrot: 1-2
- Curry paste (Golden Curry package)
- Salt, pepper, butter
B. Preparations:
Cut the chicken thighs into even small pieces.
Slice potato and carrots into small cubes.
Cut onion into evenly, not finely.
Put an average pot to medium heat and put some oil. Add chicken and stir fry it for 4-5 minutes.
Add carrots, potatoes, and onions, then season lightly with salt and pepper. Stir fry for 4-5 minutes.
Add water to cover enough the surface and bring the stock to boil. After boiling, reduce the heat to medium and add the curry paste. Stir the stock for a few minutes.
Keep the heat at medium for 15 minutes. The curry is then ready to be served with rice. Enjoy~
